The goal of this conference is to bring researchers and practitioners to present innovative ideas & latest developments in VLSI, Embedded Systems, Opto-Electronics & Signal Processing.

The papers to be presented in the conference should be articles which illustrate research results, surveying works, projects as well as industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the areas mentioned above.
